Last time Angelo and I were in Paris, we were only in town for 5 days, and most of the time was spent at a dance competition. This time, we agreed that we would spend more time in the city (10 days) and try to see all the sights. I believe that we saw most that was on our list this time, and we had a great time together. This post centers around Angelo’s wonderful photos of the city in the day and at night. The Moulin Rouge, Arc de Triumph and Eiffel Tower are common images when you imagine Paris, but it is very special to see it with your own eyes. The metro system is easy to navigate, and although it might take awhile to get from one destination to another it is pretty cheap to get around.
For the most part the Parisians were very nice and helpful, we even had a man ask us if we needed help with directions! The whole snotty French attitude is overrated and annoying. It probably helped that we tried to speak in French, and if others knew we spoke English, they would speak it as well if they were able to. And I was only yelled at once, a girl from Starbucks in the Gare du Nord asked me a question in French, I guess I didn’t respond correctly? Besides, I’ve been yelled at in almost every country we have visited, there are grouchy people everywhere. All you can do is smile and let it go.

I really like the night pictures the best, except for the very first one during the day
